1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ambassador HQ, operated by Ambassador HQ ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Ambassador HQ is a practice management platform for dental practices to track ambassador activity, referrals, bonuses, and related business operations.
3. Accounts & Access
One organization per subscription. The admin is responsible for all team members on the account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone outside your organization.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly (USD $300 or CAD $400). No refunds are issued on monthly subscriptions. You may cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Data & Privacy
You own your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store data securely using Supabase. Ambassador HQ is not a HIPAA covered entity — do not store protected health information (PHI) in the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
Use Ambassador HQ for lawful business purposes only. Do not share account credentials. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days all data is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing team@ahqapp.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
